Benny is currently working in Indosat Ooredoo, the second largest telecommunication company in Indonesia, as an Assistant Vice President of Strategy Development – Corporate Strategy. Besides working as a professional, he is also a lecturer in Faculty of Economics and Business University of Indonesia (FEUI) and an ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Assessor under Indonesia Institute for Corporate Directors (IICD).

Prior to work in Indosat Ooredoo, he worked in Bakrie Global Ventura as an Business Analyst for the CEO and Chairman. Since early 2016-2018, he actively involves in Mata Garuda, a LPDP alumni organisation, as a Vice President of Think Tank Division.

He received his B.E. cumlaude in Accounting from the University of Indonesia. In 2014, he was awarded with LPDP scholarship to pursue his master in Durham University, UK and completed his MSc in Finance and Investment with Distinction in 2015. While he studied in Durham, he got an opportunity to be the President of Durham University Private Equity and Venture Capital club (DUPEVC), led many international students under his leadership. He was also one of the Durham’s students awarded with Erasmus+ Scholarship to go to Grenoble, France, as an exchange student in summer 2015.

He plays sports regularly especially badminton. He was a founder of FEUI Badminton Club in 2010 and have won many badminton tournaments in university and national level. Last tournament he won was the Nusantara Cup in UK as the second winner in men’s double, represented London team.
